Will it crack?
I built my log manifold using sch. 40 mild steel weld butt fittings. Due to me being an amatur welder I believe I wasnt using enough heat and did not penatrate the thick steel completly. If you look inside the manifold you can still see the line where the two pieces were fitted together. Now I did however bevel the edges before welding them together. What do you guys think? Should I just scrape this one and start over. I'm replacing the tubing going from the log to the turbo flange(due to it being to thin) So now is the time i think. Thanks

Well, it really depends on how much is unpenetrated. if you got 50% penetration, it will probably crack, but if you got 80-90% it might hold up. I'm gonna go ahead and say you fucked this up. Regardless, run it until it cracks, and if it doesn't, then leave it the ---- on.
