Who's left? Fabricators for hire?

Hey guys, I'm starting to get back into the HMT swing of things and I'm getting ready to (finally) boost my B16 CRX. I'm looking for a tubular manifold that will fit in my cramped CRX engine bay, not a log.

Problem is all I can find as far as manifolds go, are H-T sponsors and we all know how they hype things up and drive the price through the roof. I'm not trying to pay $1000 for a top mount manifold or $800 for a ram horn that I've seen HMT members easily replicate.

So who's left out there with reasonable prices that *actually* ships you what you've ordered in a reasonable amount of time?

What do you mean? There is a company that doesn't ship out manifolds they sell?!?!? :1

I still make manifolds on occasion. This is what I'm working on. It should be done by Tuesday night.

I don't get nearly that much for top mounts. This one will go out for under $600 shipped. I still make mini rams for under $360 shipped. With that said I'm still backed up a bit because I only work when I feel like it and I generally only make manifolds for one place and they don't care when I make them, they buy anything I feel like making.

^^^^Looks sweet. :y If I had the skill, talent and patience to build something like that I would capitalize on it and turn a profit. I don't undersatnd why more people (with the skills) don't. ???

It's a pain in the ass, takes longer than most people think or are willing to pay for, and I imagine it's not as fun anymore if it's your business.

At least that's pretty much why I don't.

That topmount looks sick man :6

I make manifolds when ever I feel like it. I couldn't do it as a job. It wouldn't pay enough. I make more per hour at my normal job. I like to be creative. That's why I am building soom top mounts. I haven't built them before. I'm still trying to decide what I am going to build for my CRX.

I know of a few but I'm not going to give up any names just because I don't want to start a bunch of ---- in this thread.

CS Addict that's a good looking manifold, but would something like that fit into a CRX with a B swap? I'd be willing to pay around $500 or so for something like that and a mini ram for under $360 would be tits. I'm not on any kind of schedule either since I'm about to leave for the Marines.

It's good to know there's still a few fabricators out there.

Re: Who's left? Fabricators for hire?

Best bet for a crx with a B swap is a mini ram.

Not so. I can make it fit. I was going to build one for my car, but the IC plumbing would be very difficult.

Difficult but not impossible. Where is the OP located? I can help if you're local.

They look good in the pics though. Maybe they're designed to crack? Shed some light, Dave.

He showed some pics on efhonda.com It looks like the first manifold he ever made was the one he was selling. Im just a hobby welder and don't claim to be engloid in anyway, but Bryson's welds looked horrible.
