Where to get these flanges?

I'm looking for a turbine inlet and a downpipe flange for an IHI turbo. I know this turbo comes stock on the JDM Mazda BPT motor. It probably also comes from some Subaru but not sure. Here's the pics:

So who still makes flanges that isn't a scammer?

Yeah he's the first person I tried but he doesn't have the pattern for the downpipe. But its alright, he's Canadian.

Maybe if someone does and could send it to him than we're talking ;)

Cut one out of a piece of paper. That's all he needs.

You can try an RHB3 or an RHB5 but unless I know EXACTLY what turbo it is, I can't help you. Are you SURE it's a VJ20? If it's indeed a VJ20 it'll be an RHB5 gasket but I need to know for sure to get you the correct template.

That turbo doesn't look like a Vj20.

EDIT: It also helps if you post it correctly:

Maybe this will help:

If you have that template I'd really appreciate it.

Yeah thats Subaru. Give me a minute to check the companies database. I work with a local turboshop and have access to all sorts of neat stuff ;)

EDIT: What do you plan on using that on? Thats normally found on the 1.8 Legacy, more specifically the 87~88 Legacy and is three years older than dirt. I hope you didn't pay any significant amount of cash for that?

Regardless it's an RHB5 and you should be able to use one of the two templates. Print them out and see if they match up, they both should be very close. I checked our database and that housing/turbo is simply too old and arcaeic and not showing any reference.. I'll be at work tommorrow and see if I can dig anything up.

Your biggest problem is that nobody ever really made any flanges to begin with (company wise) as there was never a need for them. Gaskets yes, flanges no. Maybe try the HMT way and simply trace it?

If you bought that from someone and it's going on anything that you hope to get any serious power form, get your money because you bough the wrong turbo, unless you bought two?

Regardless, here's the compressor map:

I'd rather pay someone to machine flanges cause I really hate making them, its a pain in the ass and plus I don't want a ghetto kit.

I bought the turbo for either 30 or $50 I don't remember but it was in good shape and I think it'll meet my goal. I have others in case its too big/small:

I am shooting for serious power but its not on your typical application. ;)
