Where to find LONG THROTTLE CABLES
 
HEY i couldnt figure out where exactly this should go but i'm fabricating a lil kart and i need a 6ft throttle cable... i've looked at a lotta cars at the junk yard and most are pretty damn short.... does anyone know what cars or where i can find one? preferably both sides have the screw tip thingy..

find a mid engined car I bet you they have long throttle cables... MR2, Fiero etc.

oh wow you guys are right! how come i never thought of mid engine cars. THanks! and a bus! lol do they have those in junk yards?

the not quite as old with a diesel in the back will work as well. I see them in yards all the time and the cable is long as ---- :)

huh???? throttle cables they come in different lengths and gauges....any motorcycle fabricator (or mechanic) worth his weight in salt should be able to configure it for your needs

they are damn close atleast 5 ft. I hate those anytime I have touched a dpfi to mpfi car I switch to the si throttle cable those dx/std ones are just stupid long
