Default welding stainless with fluxcore...

is this possible? i dont know much about the physics of welding. ssautochrome has a whole flange kit for my setup for $35...but they are stainless steel. im buying a lincoln 135 amp mig. i probably wont have gas for a few more months though. can you fluxcore stainless steel? if not,

am i better off just buying mild steel flanges? or the obvious, more expensive option, just waiting til the gas is setup, and buy the stainless wire?

i know its ssautochrome... but they are flanges and they have the whole kit for the price of one flange. are they that bad? or is a flange a flange? thanks.

Yeah you can weld it. Actually when I welded on stainless with my MIG I got a cleaner weld and less splatter.

Get some .035 fluxcore SS filler metal. Lincoln 308L will do the job. Gas hose, regulator and bottle isnt that exspendsive. I think I spent like $900-$1000 with my Lincoln. so thats like $125ish
