Really? Where's a "honda" gonna beat a miata? At the 1/8 mile? 1/4? autox? Road course? Anything? Wrong wheel drive just kills it man. I guess you guys get better traction in reverse than me, I'll give you that. So how do those stock d16's hold up to 250whp? Yeah. Miatas look gay but hondas don't scream muscle either. 'cept the S2000's, they're aight. And I have a thing for CRX's, but everything else they all look the same to me.

anyway the only good thing about the miata is the rwd period the engines suck (stock) and they are so ------- gay (stock, and if not modded well)
but i have seen atleast one sick as miata on here

i was just at thunder hill on friday it was fun my brakes where gay on my coupe though.. but it handled good my instructor was amazed i had like 0 body roll Good ol nex coilovers

and side by side with s2k's on the stright was sweet too.. 240 dollars for the track masters event was well worth it bet the miata would pwn most of the cars on track on this site

thats pretty neat but it probably lost most of its ability to turn with that heavy *** engine up front but it would im sure be good in a straight line with some slicks as long as that guy is using the rear from a corvette also.

 

i don't believe the ls1 weighs much more than the stock mazda engine
i think the ls1 is like 426lbs or somthing
and good tires and suspension can make it handle better than it ever did from the factory

i like that blue miata but the corvette emblem is just a little overdo
