This year i switched to a shorter thicker and taller front mount, so Im just gonna make some thick brackets to cup it from underneath

Nice stealth setup though

The zip ties are just temporary holding the IC up. I'll be using thoes stock SRT brackets and bolting the IC down.

I had to cut alot more of my cross member piece to get the fmic to sit back further in the bumper because I kept my grill.

This is what you'll need to cut in to, to make the end tanks fit through to the other side. Dont worry, this metal is cheap and flimsy and doesnt serve a great purpose anyway. it wont effect the structual integrity of your frame.
and the zipties are the best part of the whole dam write up

i just tried a test fit on my ek and seen all of this cutting and relocating in my future. doesnt look to bad, they never just fit right anyways . the core looks exactly the same size as my CCA but more hardcore like larger tubes and fins. nice fmic.

i still dont know which way im going to use it, oval part as the inlet or outlet

have you tried clamping a coupler on the oval end yet? just wondering how thats gona work, was thinking maybe i should try and find a stock charge pipe

hmt intercooler mounting tip: if zip ties break use 12g ground wire

looks like a waste of zip ties id have used half as many, i let the bumper/charge pipes hold my ---- in, save valueable zip ties
