real nice, just curious, in the pictures you used stainless and in 1 viper it appeared you used Aluminum. Any reason for not using Aluminum all the time?

None of the vipers your see are Aluminum but we did try to make it out of aluminum and it did take alot longer so we just stick with stainless.

probably a volvo turbo then if it's a t3 flange

if you cut the pieces at 72º insted of 90º you could make a collector that merges like something on a honda manifold for the viper. So you dont have to make that big huge collector.

no. ill weld 10 hrs a day at times and ive never been sunburned by it. do other people get sun burned by tig welding?

Some ppl do. Others don't

I know when I MIG I can get a bad burn (+2 hours)....but Zero burn with TIG
