So i machined a catch can today..
 
not much to say but enjoy

to the right there is the heat sheild that i had to cut off because it was ass ugly but thats all my local speed shop had.

Another n00b with some talent, and something real to post.

Goddamn, wtf is happening to this site? I thought you had to be flamed for your first 500 posts, blow up two engines over the next 500, and then you may or may not have caught on but were at least accepted.

looks good, did you buy the canister? I made mine out of a soup can and jbweld and it turned out like ass,

hot damn :6 thats pretty nice. wanna make me one? where did u get that fileter? did u just take a solid piece of tube then use a lathe and hone it out?

im not sure how much it holds didnt really test it but as far as charging goes. make me an offer and i will see what i can do

not for free of course. i got the filter at a local speed shop it had some gay heat sheild that i cut off. and no i used steel tubing

honing that would take some time, MAYBE he drilled then bored ???

yes i did bore it. honing is for every tight tolerances and is usually only used on engine machining

thats some damn good work. my endyn catch can looked like it was made out of sobe aluminum bottle with filter and fittings. yours looks better.
