Unless that Volvo is a wankle I doubt its going to bolt right up. If that's what you're asking. Twin turbos are a whole new dog to take down. GL HF

You want to setup the twin turbos ???Or are you looking to to use one of them as I believe that was a sequential setup with one small and one larger turbo.Pictures?

They are not really that good. Its a clusterfuck to try and get it to work right and they're not that efficient

Re: rx-7 TT turbos??

They are twin hitachi ht-12's......identical to eachother except for the compressor housings since one has a wastegate mount. I have a couple sets myself. While there have been a few gents to pull out 380+hp (some claim 400) it's certainly out of their efficiency range. I swapped to a single turbo on my fd. Stock boost is around 10-11psi on an fd.
At one point I was thinking of using a single unit on my prelude but opted for a t28 since the turbine housings are so small on the hitachi units. I was just going by sight because I think the hitachi's actually have a larger a/r on the turbine. The wheels are larger also on the hot side but not the cold. Anyhoo, I think you would be better off going with a better supported turbo so that you don't have to custom make flanges like I did before going with the t28.
