Default question: Holset turbo a T3 flange?

please let me know. I'm building a manifold for a friend. Pics look like a standard T3 just want to confirm.

HX35 mostly
HY35 no

Oddly the last HX35 I tried to use would NOT fit a normal t3 flange. One hole needed to be moved a mm, two had to be welded full & have extra material welded to the outsides to facilitate completely redrilling two new holes. (The flange would mate to a T3 so...)

Weird... the HX35 I had dropped right on... Mine is off a 1998 Dodge ram cummins... You sure you have an HX35?
