It took me less than 5 minutes with a few breaks. You need a sharp/new hacksaw blade. Don't judge it by the looks, it is easy to cut.

Naw just cut it straight cause if you try to cut it straight it'll still be angled or crooked from what you wanted. I used that mani on one of my setups. I like it better then the HF mani's personally. It just matters what turbo your gonna put on it. If your looking to go with a T3 then you want to really angle it cause I had clearance problems with one I made for a T3 setup. Now the IHI RHB5 was just a straight cut and it worked fine. Same mani just wrapped in header wrap and I welded a T3 flange onto my RHB5 sube snail so once I upgraded to a T3 later on I wouldn't have to make another mani or cut off one flange and weld on another one.I used a chopsaw and it cut through like butter and took like 10 seconds and then just welded on the flange with my Fluxcore and next cracked or had any problems for as long as I had it. Now welding it just just crank up everything and turn down your wire speed and let the gun sit there for awhile for it penitrate as much as it can. Thats if your using a MIG.

Big bucks? It's just a normal 96+ CX/LX/DX/HX exhaust mani. I'd say what and mount it on your car and kinda eyeball it and hold up your snail and see if it clears the block. Only thing I had to cut was the ac mount bracket as you can see in the pic.
