Re: paper cutout of collector cut?
it wasnt a collector cut, it was how to cut a pipe to be flat when placed against another pipe at a certian angle. it called tube coping.
and here it is (look in the stickies)

Re: paper cutout of collector cut?
what's the particulars of your collector... I can have it drawn up in Auto-Cad here quickly and post you the unfolded shapes...
for instance....
this one is for a 38mm OD tube at a 20º inclination to the perpendicular of the flange. 4 of them obviously...
You can use this and just scale to match for any diameter tube, but the shape will change if the inclinations needs to change...

Re: paper cutout of collector cut?
i'm sorry, but that paper cut out is going to make for an awful lot of waste for whoever uses it. anyone with half a brain will realize it is going to make the collector come down to a single point like a 4 sided pyramid and have to cut the end off it for the port to match the turbo flange. this might work if you have a circular port on the turbo flange you are using, but otherwise it isn't going to be much help. i'm working on a writeup for an alternative way to make them that works for me.
