Just go buy a step bit, and keep drilling untill you reach the size you need.

HF step bits and some vatozone anti foulers cut down and wire wheeled and you have a 2 o2 bungs (they sell them in sets) and a bit for under $10.

O2 bungs on the cheap. :P

But I do always chase my O2 bungs with a tap after I weld them. And I also weld them with a old spark plug in to keep it from ------- up the threads too bad.
