Northstar Fiero swap, 180* headers, not HMT style

1. I know, I'm saying they are about as technologically advanced as a carbed SBC.
2. They actually have more room than you'd think! It helps not having any steering components, radiators, A/C condensers, or any of that ---- to worry about. It takes some minor trimming to some sheetmetal, but it fits fairly easily. But it does take nearly every square inch of extra room there was!

I finished the back side of the first header this morning, it actually went pretty smoothly. Still equal length too. The flanges all line up good enough, and the headers clear everything (I think). I'll start the second header next week. Since it will collect over the transmission, the pipes will be harder to fit, but easier to design and build I'm hoping. I've used just under half of my pipe too, so I'm right on track there. I'm really scared of the exhaust, I have absolutely no clue how I'm going to do it.

Also, learn how to read. Maybe if I yelled you could read it better.

Alright I got the primary for cylinder 7 all mocked up, and mostly welded. It's good, though may be tight against the trunk, we're no sure yet. I was going to do #1 today too, but I've got other stuff to do. I got it planned up with the copper tubing, but haven't started the pipe work. For now, here's the exhaust plan. For the bottom header, turn 90* towards the rear of the car, run under the cradle, then out the passenger side. The top header will turn down and head towards the passenger side of the car, then make a U-turn, and exit the driver's side cutout. Not sure where I'm going to put mufflers yet.

I finished the last primary today. Came out good, though some of the welds aren't so smooth. I also test-fitted the motor, the only primary that hit was the one I did today, it hits the trunk. I did some clearancing with the hammer and it clears great, and you can't tell from looking in the trunk.
