NOOB - How to cap a barb fitting on my oil pan?
Hi, I'm looking at screw-in barb fitting to tap my oil pan.
(yeah, ugly, frayed line- it came like that)
I figure I can use hose clamps on the barb since the return line isn't pressurized.
I wanted to know what yall use to cap barbs when not in use? I've searched Lowes, Home Depot, etc.
I could just use a fitting with two NPT threaded ends, but would a hose clamp be enough in that case?
Thanks
