Well I'm into these liitle suzuki powered cars and I have a few questions?I've noticed most of your are honda guys please dont hate I'm not:cool:anyway...I have a liitle garage that I'm doing automotive repair b/c I was laidoff from a mill I had been at for 3yrs WTF?? money is tight so help me out please....(1)I would like to know whats the best type of pipe to use for a custom turbo manifold..(2)What do ya think would be a good turbo,I think I need a smallish turbo like an rhb32 found on the turboed 3 bangers(oh I do have the 61CI big Block 3cylinder)(3)what can I look into inorder to get more fuel out of the TBI?(4)Does any body have any idea where I can get a set of USED 74MM piston [B]CHEAP[COLOR="Red"]I think thats about it for now..

Maybe a terrible idea, not sure what the compression would come to but boring it out to 75 and using vitaras would be sick if the compression didn't get screwy. A t25, 14b or anything smallish should work fine.

Well With the piston thing I want to find some Used ones on the cheap!

My ex had a 3 cylinder Geo too. She let me drive it once, I was amazed how part throttle and full throttle felt exactly the same.

TBI setups are kind of bullshit. I doubt you'll find bigger injectors, so I would just add more
DDG- More fuel for more boost!

You could also make a multi-port injection manifold and use tricks to compensate for the extra fuel. I don't know if you can modify the geo computer, but there are ways around that.

T25 yes, 14b might be getting big, but the 13g is about the same size as the T25 and people can't wait to get rid of those.

On a budget, most people use schedule 40 steam pipe from home depot. It's like $10 a stick at home depot and should be enough for a manifold. If you want a lot of practice cutting and welding you can use pie cut bends (search for it), or you can get weld-els and T fittings from your local steam fitters. McMaster is a ------- rip off.

Yea I would like to put more injectors but I have learned that a Geo tracker has a bigger injector(unsure of the sizes)and in bolts in and I could send it to RCENGINEERING for a rebuild.What can I look for at the yards to get a T25??I know I said money is tight and low but with the pipe I want some good stuff cause I dont want no worrows with cracking pipes but if its good to use then ok...

From what I've heard, stainless steel is more prone to cracking from thermal stresses, especially with an amateur welder/fabricator. If you want stainless for the looks, use the same fittings, only ask for them in stainless. You'll also have to get the stainless straight pipe from the fitters too, home depot doesn't carry it.

How much bigger are the tracker injectors?

From my searching the metro is a 36mm and the 1.6 tracker is 38mm I cant find the lb/hr....sry

That's throttle body bore, and that doesn't mean dick when it comes to fuel flow.

well like i said i could not find the lb/hr rate but I would think it would be bigger because its a 1.6 4cylinder compared to my 1.0 3cylinder!!
