Default my first manifold

well i know its not complete but i think i can finish it is class later tonight. this is my first project tigging and there are 2 bad welds where i got the tip of my tungston broken of in the weld.

Looks good, 1.25" stuff?
Tig welding the mild L's sucks, no way to get that crap clean. I got some from McMaster once and I would swear they dipped them in green paint like thirty times. Had to use small wire wheels to get the insides of all them, then wiped them down with acetone and my tungsten would still get dirty after about a half circle.
Stainless is much easier.

Pretty sure it is a tercel with either a 1.3 or 1.4

yeah its for a tercel but it is a 1.5L, i have the pistons from the turbo version (4EFTE) and the beefy rods from the high comp version (5EFHE) so this is going to be a 5EFHTE hybrid, and it is going to be controlled with megasquirt 2.2.
and ya like those flanges 1/2'' cold rolled, and i actually drilled the ports out with a 1.25'' bit and like a quart of oil, took like 2 hours. and i did finish it tonght and pretty soon i will start on the downpipe.

actually i cut the turbo flange with the plasma, the peice wasnt even all that hot after i got done
