manifold is custom fabbed by Aaron @ Euro Nation Motorsport from T6 aluminium. fuel rail from a "225hp" 1.8t Audi TT, 60 lbs Seimen Deka injectors (in G60 injector cups), and a ~70mm VR6 throttle body.... also this manifold is for a 16 valve head....

anyway just thought i would share :-*

All you need now is a Euro haircut.

Use a number 5 gaurd and then just gel it and comb it forward, homo. VW sucks.

looks good, only think id change is the end of the tank, I would probably have bulged it out on the end so the air doesnt ram straigt into a flat wall. Is it just painted with a sticker on it or what?

http://www.sdsefi.com/223man.jpg

rather than like you have it??

as per this websight http://www.sdsefi.com/techinta.htm and many many other i see that use this design.

how long have you been working on this engine dustin??
i know Dub prjects usually take a lot longer than most, but damn, i got you some parts 3-4 months ago

Re: my custom intake manifold is FINISHED :)

The difference would be a couple things. Running the stacks into the plenum would actually provide a little bit more flow since air likes to be drawn from the center of the plenum instead of the walls. Although not many people have tinkered too much with the scientific side of forcing air in of turbocharging instead of the drawing air through of N/A.

It also would have allowed me to make the runners 1+ inch longer which would move the opperative range of the runner length about 1000rpm down (tuning the runners a little better).

I'm going to make another one with velocity stacks for Dustin's car later but right now we're running short on time so I threw this one together.

As far as the round encap, I didn't really have the means to make one, so I didn't. Perhaps later.

engine needs wired up, head was bolted down this morning along with the timing belt. needs a right rear brake line cuz i have know idea where the ---- it went, along with the bolts that hold the parking brake (aka burnout) cables. also waiting on my head flange and V-band flange/clamp to get here *coughjoshcough* excuse me..... rollbar and charge pipes need fabbed, turbo manifold needs a WG flange on it... oh and we need to figure out the cooling system..

this setup is a little odd so we need to figure out how the upper radiator hose and heater hoses are going to go (probly need a custom upper water neck)...------ never ending...
