Default MIG welding stainless?

I got a small 110v mig and a buddy of mine wants me to weld up his stainless exhaust pipe. I've been using the wire that's in there for mild steel, but I'm pretty sure i need something else for stainless. 2 questions:

1. What wire would you nogs recommend for stainless exhaust tubing
2. Do I need a different gas (Have CO2 right now)

I know I could look it up, but i'm gonna go get ---- faced, and i'm sure someone here knows. Thanks in advance.

tri-mix (90h-7.5a-2.5co2) is for pimps
C25 is good provided you want to one pass everything
co2 defteats the corrision resistance purpose of using stainless, and tends to have some spatter; so i wouldn't use it.

AFA what wire<s> it depends on the kind of stainless. for common t304 i'd just use ER308
