manifold questions
couple questions and im not a newb screw you flamers!
i have looked over a few posts in here but im lacking a little knowledge.
1. when buying SS 90's should i get long turn or short turn? i see anywhere from 12-15 bends would i be safe with buying 14?
2. waste gate bends. im going 1.5" in the main runners. should i jsut run it on the wastegate stub also or just some 1.25"?
3. what is the difference between sch40 and sch10. i work around sch40 pvc all day. but not sch10. is the sch10 thicker or thinner? like is it off of teh same theorey as wire/steel gauge. where teh smaller number ti larger?
4. where can i get a nice exhaust flange from? i have emailed a couple places off line and no response. i need an SS exhaust flange for a mazda 1.8L. i also need a t3 flange but that is an ebay search away.
thanks in advance bitchs!

Re: manifold questions
1. Long sweep is the most common. We need more information on the type of manifold you want to make.
2. keep them the same size, you definately don't want to restrict your WG at all.
3. Sch 40 is thicker. Sch 10 is fine for a turbo manifold, however.
4. For exhaust flanges, I'd go to BMC. I'm fairly sure they make a flange for you. You could try LSD too.

Sch10 is the thinner of the two.
For reference:
1.5" sch10 = 1.9" OD x .109" wall
1.5" sch40 = 1.9" OD x .145" wall
If you click on the individual item in question on our site it will show you a little table with the sizes and specs for each product.
