just grind the ---- out of an allen head bolt, then it might clear. Looks like its about as tight as ----- before being deflowered.

Used a plasma cutter for the hole eh? I used to do that. Makes a mess. Try a holesaw, slow speed, with medium pressure.

yeah plasma was a mistake, didnt think that much slag would stick.
the bolts fit fine, i just use lockwashers
