Has anyone ever used these curious about the fitment. I can weld but dont have a bender or I would just build my own. Anyone know if it has to be mandrel or can it be crush bent with gusets?

Same as a competition engineering kit, they work, fit sorta ok, but for the price if it's a race car its a good deal, if it needs to fit great and fit around trim and ----, look else where.

I just helped CoreyR put a S and W 10 point kit (front portion) into a Neon. It fit for ---- and the halo wasn't bent flat. I should have made it with my bender.

 

I have a Jegs 12 point kit for my 240z.

I assume they're similar.

The bends are done, and some are notched, but when you install it you will have to cut/notch the rest of the tubing.

 

yeah I know about the cut and notching there will be no rear interior. I will only need the rollbar for now but I fugure if I do everything now I won't have to ---- with it later. My main concern in the main hoop I just want to make sure it is within spec. I tried calling art morisson today but got nothin.

I paid by credit card over the phone and then drove down and picked it up. They dont have the kits in stock so you have to wait a few days and then go pick it up.

And anything red adds 50hp
