Just google 4x6 bandsaw and you will fond tons of littl emods you can do to it. There is even a yahoo group for them. lol
Also tube and pipe are different when it comes to the dies needed to bend it. The harbor frieght pipe crusher will do nothing but smash pipe. It can be done but it requires packing the pipe with sand and welding ends on it. And then you are still stuck with just doing pipe, since if the die isn't a perfect fit you will get kinks.
I have this. pipe and tube bender and it works great, about the cheapest thing you can get that will do a decent job.

Yup. Need a bimetal blade. I god through 3 $8.00 blades by the time i used 1/3 of the life of a good 30.00 Bi-Metal, and it cuts 4x as fast, cleaner and straighter. I can gve the Bi-Metal WAY more tension and feed rate the a standard "Round the Teeth off is 4 Cuts" blade.
I never had any pullley alignment issues. The only thing I hate is the angle adjustment. With there was a fater clamping system then just bolts. I already have welded extra bolts to the heads of the current ones so wrenchs don't always have to be used.
