Skip the smileys & buy a rhiland / clone. If you're going ot buy cheap chinese crap, atleast buy the top of the line cheap expencive chinese crap.
Some of those POS's are held together inside with fishing line!? eeeek!




Plus... That's the $180 harbor frieght welder.

I bought that welder from harbor freight for $199 about a month ago. Works great on stainless and mild. It claims it will weld aluminium, but you will soon find out that it doesn't. I might be doing something wrong, but I couldn't get it to weld aluminium. It's probably because its such a small DC inverted welder. Low DC and aluminium don't mix.

Will this thing weld schedule 40 mild and SS pipe. For aluminum Ill just use the mig I have

I use it to weld sch 40 and sch 10 stainless elbows from acestainless. Works fine. good penetration.
