Default good welder?

im thinking of picking up a lincoln mig pak 10 gas mig welder for 600 canadian brand new.
now all i really wanted to do with it is weld up my charge piping, exhaust, few other odds and ends, just general fab work

huge link hopefully it works. thats the welder. think its worth it?

its also 30-100 amp

That's damn expensive. A cheap flux core welder shoud do the trick, and those are under 200 bucks american.
