Default Fuel Cell

Well JKMotorsports Moves into things other then Traction Bars. I have been doing a few side jobs for local people. Some Prototyping for a company my mother own and some other jobs.

Well I got a call from my Machinist I use saying the wrie speed on his welder was shot so he couldn't wled this and he had a dealine, so he wanted my to weld it. He brought it by all tacked and I just had to seal it, so out came the TIG.

Was rushs so I didn't have time to make it real pretty, just sealed it and made sure it wont come apart.
It's for a Conversion Van with a Wheel Chair Ramp.

Also no close ups as I had to get it done and back to him fast.

Did you leak test it before it left your shop? Looks good, would you make one for other people also?

Well he is going to be doing the finishing. It still needed the flange for the sending unit and we wanted to drop it in place to check the filler position before we welded that up too.

Yes it will be pressure tested before it goes in. The thing i fully baffled and what not.

As for making one for someone. I would, but the liability of fire and the fact that no racing sanction would pass is as it has to be a Cetified tanks for the track right?
