Default front bumper

want to make my bumper look like this.




im thinking 12 inch wide aluminum sheet like thick flashing for roofing. then rivet it on and paint it black.

sound good? this is what my bumper looks like now.

sheet of plastic, some garden trim... then you don't have to paint

aluminum sheet is purdy pricey. Garden trim sounds gangster

needs to be wide enough to cover the intercooler and thick enough to hold its shape.

garden trim is neither.

look for some project sheets of plastic, try heatin em up...or get some thins flashing and paint it...

the garden trim just makes the very bottom lip piece, so it can withstands a few bumps. thicker plastic sheet for the main part of it.

what kind of plastic though?

i dont have a heat gun so it has to be flexible enough to work with cold.

abs plastic 1/8 thick might work, but you might need to make
some knida of frame for the bottom for more support
