EXCELLENT job my friend
I have a few questions. How do you weld in top of the collector area?
Could you tell me the procedure, for instance. Mocking everything up is straight forward. Fitting it, tack welding it. I'm clear up to that part.
Is it easier to build this type of manifold with an unwelded collector.
Do just weld the primary tubes up, but what happens to the collector?
I commend you on a job well done

Hey! TAKE A BREATHE! I just got home from work to answer your questions. I weld the sides of the collector and then I filled the middle with the mig and then used the Tig to smooth it out and make sure its sealed. As far as the rest. The rear runners needed to be cut in the middle about a 1/4 inch because I chopped the top of the collector for a flat area. I dont recommend doing that. we wont with Jordans (Mahcivic). Next take the loops then remove them and weld around the inside loops then weld in the rear sections to the falnge and collector. Next tack the front tubes and measure the straight piece. Then tack it to the loop piece and the 45. Then weld all of it together out side mani and weld the front runners as one piece. Your done!
