dc2 4 into 1 header

Hi guys, been a bit busy over the holidays. Came up with this for a dc2.

Almost done. Just need to weld the headflange on.

Looks nice and smooth man, good job.

Did you do any calculations/use any software programs to come up with the runner lengths/primary sizes?

That gives me the idea to use my Bend tech pro to mock up some manifolds......I use it now for bumpers, tube doors and rock rails...

P.S. that looks great and I bet it flows well.

Bend tech just came out with header specific software, I have been meaning to call them and see if I can just add it on to my existing bend tech pro or if it is its own program.
