Default Civic FN2 TYpe-R NA exhaust system!

i got today stuff , ill make 2.5 exhaust system for Honda Civic EDM FN2.

this is what Miltek make for that car, HKS UK make them too, Both are only brands that make for that car and so expensive, so ill make exhaust system for friend's car.

this is exhaust system that Miltek Make for this car.

this is Car FN2 Type-R (k20A2) (no him car but the same colour even with HKS exhaust installed, it sucks , sound like gay lol)

Got today piping and flanges

all piping/flanges are inox (customer paid for them).

ill MIG weld it because i havent welder and i will rent a shop when i can weld it.

Thankx Aaron (Racing Solutions).

ill post soon, im waiting Magnaflow muffler for this one.

Unless you have the proper gas and stainless wire, I wouldn't mig weld it. MIG welding all of the with mild steel will erase any durability or bling for that matter that the customer paid for when they spec'd stainless.

I would be bummed If I bought a stainless exhaust and all of the ------- welds rusted the next week.

Then, again, I would skip the MIG unless you have stainless wire. But, I guess you bought it now...

Since its 409 then after a while it will tarnish and apear rusty. Most muffler shops use regular wire to weld 409, but I would go the step above, and get the correct wire.

muffler shops seem like they do ---- work on purpose, so you can come back for repairs in 2-3 years.
