Don't take it badly if I do. I know how particular you are with your abilities and how you like to improve so I try to offer help, even if it's nitpicky stuff. The best welders are like that...rarely satisfied with their own work. For the most part, experience will be your best teacher at this point.

I think you'll do great...and put at least a scare into a few of the places that are making manifolds now.

Its cool man I appreciate all your critisms as they have helped me lots
yah you hit that one 100% on the head I am never happy with my welds lol cause the second I lay now a good one I have one better come out lol I am always striving to get "perfection" even though I know I wont achieve it (what can I say I consider myself a perfectionists lol)

Yah I have only been doing this tig welding for close to 3 years now and have full plans on continuing for quite some time ;)
I am almost 100% caught up with all my orders (got 3 more to ship and am fully caught up) I am not accepting any more
orders (all items will be in stock middle to end of next month) as I am tired of being behind I will not sell something unless it is ready to ship
It has taken nearly 3 years to get caught up and I am not going to get behind again
I will have some nice low budget manifolds for the diy'rs and maybe even some precut kits

I know you get my reccomendation when somebody wants a nice manifold at a reasonable price.

Note the precut kits wont be 100% perfect fit, final fitting will be necessary (a little grinding to make things perfect and beveling will be the customers jobs) but you wont need a saw for anything just little touch up here and there or be gangsta and rember that gaps are not bad as long as you purge (they are just extra ensurance that you get 100% penetration ;) I can weld a .25" gap on sch 10 if I need to and do quite frequently as long as you purge no one will ever know the difference)
