Just a little different then the typical Ramhorn design, slightly short runners and a much tigther tuck in terms of runner # 3 near the Radiator. We actually used two of the very short radius 90's on this design. We are now using 316ss Schedule 10 on all of our manifolds for even greater corrosion resistance. Still have to lay some final welds on her then she goes out for coating.

 

wow, that thing actually looks like a little ram, how many hours went into designing and fabricating?

 

Dont keep an exact number, but id say between 12 - 15 hours total.

What are going to do in the very near future, is come up with one very nice design we like for each Motor and then do multiple manifolds to put on the shelves. Most likely, it will be somewhere in the mid price range but it will definately be a nice flowing manifold with a 4 to 1 collector. We definately arent going to be selling these on a regular basis.

 

are they going to be ridiculously priced like the rest of your manifolds

 

We will definately bring the prices down once this production goes into effect. However, at the moment, our prices have to be where they are for it to remain profitable and to keep customers from waiting 8 months to receive a manifold.
We are moving into a new facility and there will be another welder joining us. We will thenl be able to conduct a larger manufacturing operation and at the same time produce quality products at lower prices then our current situation allows.

 

Man that manifold is nice, really isn't much room for that style in my car but that is looking gooooood

 

You pay for what you get.

I'd rather spend a couple hundred bucks more for an LSD manifold than a hotrex special anyday.

If you don't like the prices why even bother coming into his thread? If you don't like em avoid him and stick with your HF manifolds.
