Default B-Series Elephant Mani (Now with Dyno, but for the D-Series)

I made this a couple weeks ago and I'm bored today, so here it is.

The victim was this thick wall JASMA header. Some of them are made from thin SS. This one is a little thicker.

This is the flange from a b-series bipe. I have never seen the b-pipe made out of SS from Honda, so it won't be shiny.

[

I got a little creative and welded the flange section on some plate so I could cut the pipes off nice and straight with the HF chop saw.

Here are the two 180's.

Here is the collector.

Some mild to stainless action with the 309.

Almost done. Still need the wastegate flange.

The wastegate flange.

All done.

Here it is mounted on the block. The turbo is an SC60 with a 0.48 A/R for my D, but I made sure a 0.63 wouldl fit as well.

Got it as close to the block as I could. Had to fit in an EG too you know.

More pics.

Try again buddy. Your post of when you made yours was in May.

Here is the first one I made. Made it first week of April the week after I got my welder. I actually got the idea in december after whiterice mentioned it and then when I saw the that guy on HT made, it just reinforced it as the first thing I should ever weld.

The mighty downpipe.

Right, the first one I saw was from the guy who made it on HT. I give him major props. I thought it was a sweet idea and so I made a couple myself.
