alumaloy
Anyone seen the commercials on this stuff. http://alumaloy.com/
if it actually does half of what it says looks like a cheap ghettoish way to repair things or possibley end tanks on intercoolers. Figured id get some input from people who weld aluminum. http://www.alumaloy.com/images/alumaprod.jpg 1 lb Alumaloy = $45.00 Promo # 5644 get 1/2 lb free |
Re: alumaloy
Check ebay you can probably get some cheaper, I have some out in the garage I would sell cheap, doubt I will ever use it since I got a tig now.

Re: alumaloy
ok dont really need it, but thanks anyways. question is can you use it to put endtanks on intercoolers. ex. an audi 5000 frnt mount

Re: alumaloy
Sure you could. I've got some at my house too but it isn't as easy as they show to use. The stuff seems very difficult to get to stick in different temperatures. Sometimes it will stick and other times it will just fall off. But when it works it's good enough for some things. Consider it the JB weld of aluminum welding. it's on the same level :D
