Default Air-cooled turbo beetle..

I'm making this turbo manifold for a guy and his beetle. We'll see how she all works out. Everything is just tacked up right now so...

Hopefully I'll get some better ones up later.

Nice. My first ride was a 69 fastback. Always wanted to put some power in one. Good luck and keep this thread updated!

that looks sweet, one thing id look into is a cylinder head temp gauge. after watching my dad meltdown more than a few drag bugs while driving them on the street it may be well worth it. it basicly tells you when the valves are ready to fall off (sorta like egt but not quite)

Yeah, I'm building the setup but the guy has the temp sensors. I know what youre talking about. Not a big fan of air-cooled engines but each to their own.

They are definitely large but hey it gives plenty to work wit when you want to go big. And that was his plan so I threw this together for him. The tubing diameter is 1 and 5/8ths inches. It'll be fine.
