so I got a 35mm tial wastegate for free, missing the valve seat (fire ring), and I ordered the ring from ATPturbo a few months ago.. put all my turbo stuff in a big box so I could install everything at one time when I had the time and money.. well the ring they sent me was for a 38mm, I called them today and some mexican told me they can't help me.. so I'm pretty irate and refuse to ever deal with them again.

but anyway, I was wondering if any of you had an idea for sealing it without spending another 35 bucks on a cnc machined ring..

 

I have one, like new without fire ring, thats why I never used it.

if its 38mm then he could use his fire ring with it. lol

 

send it to me i will turn it down and send it back to you. It needs about an 1/8" taking off of it.
