I just started this waiting for the kteller 3" catback, and magnaflow 3" cat.
then I will finish it with a better welder, I just tack weld it together with a flux mig


I use a 2.5" elbow for the tight turn. and flare out to 3" the 2.5" section is only 5" long, after all the turbo outlet is 2.5" so 5" of 2.5" shouldn't hurt anything.

 

why didnt u fab the exhaust too? DP looks good, ---- a better welder finish her off with the flux

 

I've researched the pricing of the material+shipping, and price to use a good welder, plus bay to do the fab , and it was close to the price of buying a ready made one. the material thats I bought for the downpipe alone was over $100.

 

Looks good the 2.5 wont matter ----.You still in **** land?

its perfect, I use a moroso oil pan, and reptapped it so it run straight down, the downpipe is not even close to it

yea yea i was wondering that too, dp looks really short. what manifold are you using?

 

RLD-FAB ramhorn. I wanna go topmount but not for the price they are going for.
