Oil line fittings: Compression fittings. Couldn't figure out what the threads on the fitting entering the turbo were so I just welded 1/8 MPT nipple on to it and screwed that in. The rest of the fittings came with the kit. It was a line kit for an oil pressure gauge.

Good stuff, I don't understand all of it. I tried to preheat a bit and slow cool with a propane torch, I think it helped prevent cracking/warping, but maybe an oven would be better. As for the welding I just cranked the chinese mig up to MAX TWO and ran a single pass around the entirety of each of the joints.
I'd say you're right. Always room for improvement.

Oh yea, the t25 is hitting full boost by ~2500 rpm on this bitch. Makes driving in the rain interesting : )
