Zeitronix Zt-2, get it with the LCD Display or without?

Zeitronix Zt-2, get it with the LCD Display or without?
hey guys im looking into buying the zetronix zt-2, i have a question, is the LCD display really needed? Its $120 more, and im not sure what else its really needed for unless you dont have a laptop?

ive always like the idea of having one because you get one so you know what your AF ratios are all the time and its a lot easier to look at at a small LCD then to look over at a computer and im not a big fan of leaving my compy in my car....but thats just me...

just buy pocketlogger ZT and a Palm V or so. 40,- for pocketlogger zt software and 20,- for a used palm.
Works great (i also use it). It can even be set to start datalogging when for example AFR is higher than 12.5 etc. Its cheaper and it has all the funtions you get with the laptop
