Zdyne files needed!

Hey guys I just picked up a ZDyne Gold SECU, and was wondering where I can get some basemaps for a LS motor. I'm finding .bin files, but no .zdy.

Any and all help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

Yes, all I could come up with is this:

No stock LS tune though. :-\

Well, depending on how dedicated you are.. You could download TurboEDIT, open the STOCK-PR4 ROM, then just hand type the values over into BinHacker.

Zdyne uses the same numeric as TurboEDIT. Miliseconds for the fuelt able, Degress BTDC for ignition.

Thanks man, I was looking at that site earlier.

PR4-OBD0.zdy -- This is another PR4 tune I cobbled together from actaully data from an ECU rip. It was a bit of a tedious process to get it done, but it looks better than the P74/75 conversion I did. It works as of 2-25-2003. I don't have the setup to test it. So again any feed back is appreciated.

Is that stock? he says "tune" so it throws me off. :-\

I never knew they share the same values. If it comes down to this, I will do it. :P

Yeah, on my computer screen :P

Does anyone have a stock LS map, or at least the values I should enter? I don't mind if I have to enter each number individually.

A previous, by me, explains what needs to be done to get stock PR4 values. Please read above.

Re:Zdyne files needed!

Just wondering why exactly the stock map for LS goes into boost? 1.3psi :-\

Re:Zdyne files needed!

Hey one more question. Will I be safe choosing the option for 450cc's on the stock LS map? I have the SAFC to control them.

Also, the only part about all this that I don't understand is:

Fuel Adjust %
Spark Advance
then you can "Apply to WOT" or "Apply to N/A" should I leave those values at zero?

Also, Recalibration Adjustment Base/Gamma.

Finally, the ZDyne table goes up to 10psi, but stock LS tune doesn't. Any idea what I should do after that?

Any and all help on this would be very much appreciated. I'm adding these values in manually right now ;)

Re:Zdyne files needed!

Your map goes into boost due to acoustic supercharging. Basically, the vacuum force sucks the air in so fast, that air beings to push it's way in.

Point in hand, I WOT my B18A1 in 5th gear, going 70mph, and make 0.12 bar, which is ~1.7psi.

As for the rest of your questions, I'll let a Zdyne person answer those. (However, I will ask you a question, why are you using an S-AFC if you have Zdyne to control your boost?)

I had the SAFC before having ZDyne, probably gonna sell it now, but it's kinda nice to have. :P
