Winter Boost maps

Since the air is colder and denser in the winter, should we be richening up our boost maps so we don't run lean?

Just slip some mittens on the charge pipes... They'll be fine.

Nah, I don't notice too much needing to be changed. If anything, using the IACV slider helped in certain situations, but as far as the air/fuel mixture, it was still good and where it should be. Denser/colder air = more power. get your dyno time in. lol

If you run your ECU in open loop all the time then yes you should tweak your maps. If you run in closed loop, the ECU will trim your VAC maps but it might be a good idea to richen up your boost maps for safety.

I'm guessing there arent any tracks open in the winter so you're probably are looking for a mixture of good driveability and not max power necessarily. Richening up the boost region a touch will give you that safety.
