willem problems

I am trying to erase my sst chip, but the willem won't erase it. Also, the electronic ID button never comes on either. I'm stumped, if anybody has any ideas let me know.

The electronic ID doesn't come on for me either with the Willem/SST combo, that is normal.

And in order to erase that chip, you have to change the jumper, just as the pop up says that you have to click OK on before erasing it ;)
