Default Will injectors with broken insulators still work ?

I have the stock 240cc injectors, the insulators(i believe thats what they are called, the tip thing?) are cracked and broken, will they still operate fine?

If you mean the plastic things at the end of the injectors than I had the same question. My friend had to take all his off becuase the injectors bottomed out in the intake manifold. They've been like that for 20,000 miles and no problems yet. The covers just keep the carbon from getting on the injectors.

You probably should have them but they'll function fine without them

If you mean the plastic caps(pintles) that cover the tip where the fuel sprays out, YES they will still work with broken pintles, just make sure there are no cracked pieces that might fall in the cylinder.

thats good news.
My injectors were craked all around and i glued the parts together as not to fall into the cylinder.
No problem since
