Re: wideband question

ive never heard anything bad about them. my tuner used the lm-1 i believe, to tune my car, and im pretty sure its just about the same. and i do believe you can run it through the laptop...

http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/lc1.php

we hooked the lm-1 up, along with a prologger on the dyno, and they read pretty damn close, and the prologger is supposed to read a lot faster.

Re: wideband question

lc1 wires into the car.

lm1 wires into itself, more portable, better for a single car + it will display more than just afr's, so i'm told

You can get an external gauge for the LC-1, at which point it is an LM-1 for all intents and purposes.

lc-1 can wire into the car, or a gage as jd said, or both through it's programmable analog outputs.
You can also plug it into a computer via serial cable and view afr in logworks.

I run the analog to the ecu and the serial to the pc and run both my datalog and LogWorks to compare and make sure everything is working as planned.

Re: wideband question

LC-1 is more of fix install deal and the lm-1 more of a multy car situation. it depends on what you want.. lm-1 hooks up to other devices to allow the datalogging of multiple sensors.. if you only want to tune YOUR car lc-1 is the way to go.
