Default where should i place a second O2 bung for tuning...

im running obd1 and i wanted to know what is the best position for a second O2 bund for tuning purposes, would it be better to have it after the primary oxigen sensor or before it, and does the distance between them make any difference?

distance from the turbo above is good. you want to keep it away from the heat of the turbo (you can aslo build a copper heat sheild). but you also want to make sure it's not at the bottom of the pipe. condensation could collect and ruin the sensor. so make sure it's on a semi vertical pipe or about the halfway point of a horizontal pipe.

I have mine ~6 inches from the turbine. It's a bit close, but I think it will work after I put a heat shield around it. I'll also be wrapping everything to keep the heat in the pipes.

Make sure you put it between 9 and 3 o'clock if the pipe is horizontal.

this is the most important part. if you mout it below 3/6 on the clock you risk excecssive moisture and premature sensor failure
