Where does everyone buy their EEPROM chips?
 

I usually pick mine up from moates.net but looking for a different place. I found this in the FAQ but just looking for a few others where others have had good experience with.

that has a 250ns access time...I was always told to never go above 120ns

I get the standard ones from Digi-Key usually.

I only use the 27c256's, so whenever I need them I can get a ton of them off ebay for cheap. I just got 30 of them for $10 a few weeks ago ;)

I thought:
- 27's are NOT eraseable
- 28's are UV Erasable
- 29's are Electronically eraseable

Nope, the 27c256's are UV erasable, some 28's are UV erasable, and also flash type, and the 29's are flash roms. ;)

If you have a 27c without a window though...then its not erasable, right?

I have liek 6 UV 27C but no UV eraser!
