where do i need to put the jumper wire on my willems?

hello everybody.

i jusd read projekteg willems burner how to.

and i didnt under stend where should i place it..... pics arn't working.....

now, for the infamous dreaded 'jumper wire' that the willem requires you to use for 29c256 chips. it's really not as tough as everyone makes it out to be. get a THIN piece of wire, or a THIN paper clip and place it in pins #3 and #31 of the ZIF socket on the burner (pin #3 on the burner will actually be pin #1 of your chip, and pin #31 of your ZIF socket, will actually be the first empty slot after the last pin of your chip). now you're ready to close the lever on the ZIF socket, securing the chip and jumper wire in place.

can somone please post a pic?

thanks

Count the slots on your burner and the pins on your chip and compare.

Just count down the left hand side and then back up the right to get your #s. Red is your chip (including 3), green is your jumper.
