when does the s-afc turn on??

should it turn on when you put the key to the accessory position or does it only turn on when the car is startd. i cant start my car because there is no motor in it...i turn the ignition to the second click and the ecu gets power and my air/fuel and turbotimer get power but no response from the s-afc...im confused. i know the safc works. i tested it out on the battery terminals. ugh

you probably have it wired incorrectly, it should get power when acc is on, or maybe you fried it when you tested it.

Oh ---- man.

I hope you didn't fry it. I don't think you are supposed to hook it directly to the battery. That thing was in perfect condition when I sold it to you. I hope you realize it worked when you received it.

Make sure ALL the wires are hooked up correct. Could you list exactly how you have it hooked up?

Did you try using the instructions quickcrx702 gave you?

i wired it like quick told me too. would it matter that all the grounds in my engine bay are not hooked up dure to the fact i have no engine in the car??
