Re: what tuning program is this pic from
Quick question because I have always wanted to at least play with it... does J1 have to be cut to datalog with ecucontrol? Please say no
|
Re: what tuning program is this pic from
yup ecucontrol. Its a cool program..you should check it out :)

Re: what tuning program is this pic from
Yes it does.
Easiest solution is one of two things. #1 - Remove J12 and put in one of those Jumper posts (like on a Willem burner). Put on a Jumper to datalog with Uber. Take off the jumper to datalog with EC or Crome #2 - Remove j12 and put some wire and a small switch on J12 like some people do for J1. My personal preference is #1 |
Re: what tuning program is this pic from
Hmmm... what's this ---- with J12? I thought it was J1 you had to cut.

Re: what tuning program is this pic from
J1 is the jumper you connect to activate the 'chip'
J12 is the jumper you remove to activate full duplex datalogging. |
Re: what tuning program is this pic from
Oh, guess I was just mixed up then. Since mine is already chipped J1 must be taken care of then. ---- I need to practice soldering

Re: what tuning program is this pic from
huh i've never heard of disconnecting j12 or whatever. ECU control and uberdata datalog properly with my ecu.
